Wide range of battery options handheld pocket-sized plastic housing
OKW's powerful DATEC-POCKET-BOX can now accommodate N, AA, AAA, and 9V batteries for use in a wide range of handheld electronics.these pocket-sized plastic housings are ideal for measurement and control, remote control, ultrasonic and infrared pulse generation, sensors, photoelectronics, mobile data recording and wireless communication.
The ergonomic shell's thin profile allows it to remain comfortable and easily machined with a flat addition interface. The operation area is embedded to protect the film keyboard or product label. The front is clearly polished (size M, L) with effective infrared signal. Internal fastening column with pcb inside.
The housing can be specified with ABS or infrared penetration PMMA (UL 94 HB) and comes standard with or without IP 54 inlet protection. There are three sizes :S (85mm × 46mm × 16mm), M (105mm × 58mm × 18.5mm) and L (120mm × 65mm × 22mm). The standard colors are off-white (RAL 9002) and black (RAL 9005).
Accessories include belt/pocket clips, battery clips, battery gaskets, plug-in contacts (9V), ring holes, and self-tapping screws for mounting PCBS.
The company can provide a fully customized way shell. Services include machining, painting, printing, laser marking, decorative foils, special materials, electromagnetic compatibility shielding and fitting installation/assembly.
