Vishay's resistors offer optional NTC thermistors and phase transition thermal interface materials

The Vishay ISOA series are AEC-Q200 compliant thick film power resistors packaged in alumina substrate SOT-227 for direct heat sink mounting. These resistors are capable of integrating an NTC thermistor into the resistor package for direct temperature monitoring when energized.

Vishay also offers the option to deliver the resistor using a pre-coated phase change thermal interface material to help simplify the installation of the resistor in production. The 120 W resistor can handle high energy pulses (e.g. 110 J for 0.1 seconds), is non-inductive, provides values between 0.47 Ω and 1 MΩ, tolerances of 5% or 10%, and has an operating voltage score of 1,500 V.
