In order to adapt to the extremely demanding working conditions in the car, K... The H series devices use MLCC additives and precious metal electrodes produced by a special wet manufacturing process. The led MLCC is AEC-Q200 certified to deliver PPAP upon customer request, operates at higher temperatures than SMD parts, and does not require a PCB, saving space. These capacitors are ideal for EMI filtering, cable harnesses, and control of turbocharging, throttle and brake systems in automotive applications such as airbags and seat position sensors.
Ceramic Class 1 and 2 MLCC use very stable C0G dielectrics with capacitance variation of ±30ppm/K. The Ceramic Class 1 and 2 MLCC use the new X0U dielectrics to achieve the performance specifications of X7R. The capacitance variation of -55℃ ~ +125℃ can reach ±15%, and the capacitance variation of -55℃ ~ +175℃ is ±22%. Straight and curved leads with spacing of 2.5mm and 5.0mm are provided. The leads of the devices are 0.5mm or 0.6mm in diameter and are made of 100% tinned copper-covered steel, and nickel leads are also available on request for welding. The capacitors are RoHS compliant and the coating made of flame retardant epoxy resin is UL 94 V-0 compliant.
