     FORTEC UK has introduced the new HFA3500TF from Cosel, an innovative low-spec three-phase, 3500W AC/DC enclosed power supply developed for demanding industrial applications such as semiconductor manufacturing, laser processing machines, robotics and instrumentation.

     The power supply sets a new standard in power technology with a wide input voltage range from 180VAC to 528VAC for use in three-phase Delta and three-phase Star networks. This adaptability ensures seamless integration with a wide range of industrial environments worldwide.

     With a height of just 41 mm (1.61 in), the compact design fits perfectly into 1U rack space, saving valuable space in industrial Settings. With support for three-phase inputs from 180V to 528V, the device is designed for maximum compatibility. The built-in ORING MOSFETs ensure reliable current sharing and protection in parallel operation mode. It is SEMI F47 compliant, ensures reliable operation even under voltage drop conditions, and meets the stringent requirements of the semiconductor industry.

     The device is scalable and reliable, supports parallel operation, up to 10 units can be connected, and the total output power is up to 31.5kW, ensuring continuous power supply with N+1 redundancy. Using advanced digitally controlled switching technology, the device achieves an impressive efficiency of up to 94% at 400VAC input and 65VDC output. The device is equipped with a built-in alarm system to improve operational safety and monitoring. It also has a convenient built-in auxiliary power output of 12V 1A.

     Despite its compact size, the power supply offers powerful performance, with output voltages available in 48VDC and 65VDC, which can be adjusted from -50% to +15%. The integrated variable speed cooling fan provides optimal thermal management and increases power supply life and reliability.

     The 48VDC output HFA3500TF-48 is ideal for a wide range of applications, including measurement and analysis equipment, machine tools and semiconductor manufacturing equipment, meeting the anti-sag conditions specified in the SEMI F47 standard. The 65VDC model HFA3500TF-65 is ideal for powering RFPA and 60V lithium-ion battery chargers.
