The Littelfuse compact automotive-grade ESD suppressor resists transients up to 30kV even after multiple ESD shocks

     Littelfuse has introduced a compact surface mount polymer automotive grade electrostatic discharge suppressor that protects sensitive equipment from contact/air discharges up to 30kV. The AXGD series XTREME-GUARD ESD suppressors are designed for high frequency high-speed applications, providing high voltage ratings (up to 32VDC) and extreme ESD protection requirements.

     Extremely low leakage current (less than 1nA) is maintained even after multiple ESD shocks. Its ultra-low capacitance ensures compatibility with high-speed data line applications. Available in type 0603 or 0402 packages, this series of surface-mount devices features a flat rigid top cover that simplifies quick mount processes for more compact board designs.

     The AXGD Series XTREME-GUARD ESD suppressors' AEC-Q200 compliant design makes them ideal for automotive applications, including infotainment systems, automotive antenna and RF antenna systems, and mid - to high-end electronics.
