The OPA593 is a high-voltage (85 V), high-precision, wide-band (10 MHz), high-output current (250 mA), unity-gain stable power amp that uses laser fine-tuning technology to improve offset voltage (20µV typical) and offset voltage drift (0.4µV/°C typical), avoiding the need for calibration. The amplifier has a Mux-friendly input that enables differential input voltage ranges across the supply track and helps improve precipitation performance for multi-channel systems.

The amplifier has a Mux-friendly input that enables differential input voltage ranges across the supply track and helps improve precipitation performance for multi-channel systems. External resistors can limit current to a specified precision, providing more accurate measurements. Under overcurrent or overtemperature conditions, the OPA593 command uses the status flag to indicate incorrect operation.

 

The disable function is used to shut down the device, save power and set the output to high impedance. The device is unit-gain stable, allowing operation as a high-impedance buffer. Broadband wide and high conversion enable high signal gain. High output current and capacitance drive allow the device to drive external field effect transistors (FETs), which are used to provide higher system current for digital power supplies.
