STMicroelectronics introduces the latest ultra-low power microcontroller

     STMicroelectronics introduces its latest ultra-low power microcontroller to make the smart electronics that people interact with every day better and have longer battery life.The new STM32L4+ product is a new generation of STM32L4 microcontroller, the computing performance is increased to 150DMIPS(233ULPMark-CP), the maximum operating frequency reaches 120MHz, can be used as a health bracelet, smart watches, small medical equipment, smart meters, smart industrial sensors and other products of the central controller. These applications require precision functionality, fast response, and minimal battery charging downtime, which makes the ultra-efficient STM32L4+ the ideal choice.

     The STM32L4+ gives application designers the power they need to achieve the following goals: powerful computing performance, the largest on-chip storage capacity in its class, and state-of-the-art graphics processing for a smooth user experience. The new Chrom-GRCM graphics controller can handle round displays as efficiently as square displays (TFT-Lcds) without wasting memory resources by managing images that are never displayed. Also on the chip is ST's proprietary innovative Chrom-ARTAcceleratorM graphics performance enhancement technology.
