     Qorvo announced the expansion of its portfolio of high-performance optical transport products. Qorvo has added new high-speed products for long-distance transportation, metro and data center applications, offering new multi-channel, low-power options to reduce costs, achieve market-leading channel isolation, and reduce product form factor to help network equipment manufacturers maximize integration and signal fidelity.

     Qorvo began device sampling in the fourth quarter of 2014 with Layer 1 and Layer 2 network equipment manufacturers (NEMs) and leading optical module manufacturers. Qorvo has penetrated the data center market and its initial design has been successfully applied to equipment used by non-traditional data communication providers.

     Qorvo's latest infrastructure offerings include dual - and quad-channel limiting and linear drivers that deliver industry-leading performance with high gain, low power consumption, high inter-channel isolation, and low total harmonic distortion (THD). These devices target DP-QPSK and 16QAM, 100G, 200G and 400G applications in module solutions, and support CFPx and QFSP28 smaller form factor (SFF) standards.
