Panasonic's AMG88x543 sensor

Panasonic's AMG88x543 Grid-EYE Wide-field infrared Array sensor features high-resolution 8x 8 pixels, with a total of 64 pixels for temperature distribution. These 90° sensors provide a digital output I²C external interface for detecting heat presence, direction, and temperature values. The built-in lens has a wider viewing Angle of 90° and uses MEMS thermoelectric reactor technology and compact SMD design. 3.3V and 5.0V operating voltage options are available.

Grid-EYE wide-angle sensor applications include human body detection, head count, thermal imaging, electronic signage, security, lighting control, self-service terminals /ATM, medical imaging, automatic doors, robotics, etc.
