Littelfuse introduces low capacitance transient suppression diode arrays

     Lttelfuse announced the introduction of a new family of small size Transient Suppression Diode Arrays (SPA diodes) designed to protect high-speed signal bow | feet. The SP3422-04UTG Series 0.2pF 22kV transient suppression diode array combines a four-channel ultra-low capacitance rail-to-rail diode with an additional Zener diode to protect electronic devices vulnerable to electrostatic discharge (ESD) damage. This high-performance component can safely absorb repeated ESD shocks at the highest levels specified in the IEC61000-4-2 international standard without performance degradation.

     "The SP3422-04UTG family is one-third the size of a typical four-wire array, enabling pass-through routing and eliminating fan-out integrity issues." "Because it combines compact size with the lowest load capacitance in this package form, it is ideal for mobile devices where board space is extremely limited," said Tim Micun, itelfuse's transient diode Array business development manager.
