Laird Thermal Systems expands cost-effective cooling solutions for industrial, medical and analytical equipment

     Laird Thermal Systems' Nextreme Value range of coolers is now available in a new choice of 1200 watts and 4500 watts. The Nextreme VRC1200 and VRC4500 provide the required configurability for specific applications and are the ideal cooling solution that original equipment manufacturers (Oems) in industries such as industrial, medical, and analytical instruments have been looking for for a long time.

     The two new models complement the existing 2,400-watt offerings in the Nextreme Value cooler family, offering Oems a packaged solution with user-friendly features, reliability and low maintenance similar to the Nextreme Performance. The Nextreme Value Cooler series is very competitively priced and is a very attractive option for customers who need a low cost solution.

     The Nextreme Value series of coolers features high-performance components that stabilize the system well below ambient temperatures through efficient cooling in order to control the process or dissipate heat from thermal devices such as industrial lasers, electron microscopes and imaging equipment.

     With a high performance factor (COP), the Nextreme Value cooler series uses the supplied refrigerant to maintain a set point temperature with an accuracy of ±0.5 ° C, allowing the user to easily read the system status from the LCD touch screen display and control Settings such as temperature set points, pressure and alarms. Other standard features of the Nextreme Value cooler include level sensing without moving parts, RS-232 communication for integration into higher level component control systems, and refrigerant pressure sensing. The Nextreme Value cooler uses the more environmentally friendly R513A refrigerant, which has half the global warming potential (GWP) compared to conventional hydrofluorocarbon (HFC) refrigerants.
