Four-channel ECBs provides enhanced system robustness and cost savings

     PULS has launched a new series of PISA-M four-channel ECBs. These devices are ideal security and power distribution tools for 90W to 480W applications. The new ECBs manages the distribution of current on the secondary (load) side of the control system, dividing it into smaller "power islands" that are easier to maintain and reduce the risk of costly total outages.

     The company's ECBs provides comprehensive security solutions for power systems. They protect system components from currents and short circuits and prevent lines from overheating. The series also protects the system power supply from overload. The combination of on-board protection features provides high system robustness and reliability. This allows users to spend less time on maintenance, have lower replacement costs, and be more focused on operations.

     The series features a digitally coded interface that allows maintenance personnel to remotely control equipment and monitor operating system status. Power distribution can be easily managed via PLC and central user interface.

     With a width of just 22.5mm, with a width of just 22.5mm, the series is the smallest four-channel ECB on the market. This compact design means it can be adapted to any system, freeing up valuable space in the control cabinet. Push-in connectors on the front allow for quick and tool-free installation, saving time and effort. In addition, the two-color LED displays the status of each output channel in real time, and provides a button on each channel to facilitate open/concern change and reset; The device is simple and effortless to operate.

     The company offers several versions of the PISA-M ECB. The 4ADJ module is adjustable, allowing each output channel to be set to the desired current value from 1 to 8 A. If a plug-and-play device with a fixed current is required, it offers the PISA-M version with a fixed output current setting (e.g. 2A, 4A, 6A, 8A). This flexibility allows customers to choose the version that best suits their specific needs, making the installation process faster, easier, and more secure.
