Excelitas Technologies introduces the third generation TPG3AD1S09 905 nm pulsed laser diode
Excelitas Technologies, an industrial technology leader providing innovative, market-driven optoelectronic solutions, has introduced the new TPG3AD1S09 905 nm pulsed laser diode. With a high output power of 120 W, this third-generation high-performance three-cavity 225 μm SMD pulsed laser diode is suitable for long-distance ranging and provides excellent efficacy for short - and medium-range systems. These improved designs provide outstanding stability, beam quality and reliability for the most demanding smart home, smart city and smart factory applications.
The TPG3AD1S09 has A power slope of 3 W/A and an output power of 120 W when operating at 40 A. It also reduces series resistance, allowing for operation at lower voltages, resulting in lower power consumption and efficient light output.
