Eighth and half brick non-isolated dc-dc working to 120 ° C

     RECOM has a wide input and output range and can start 40A and 10A DC/DC. The new cost-effective RPMGE-10 and RPMGH-40 non-isolated dc-dc are rated at 10A and 40A respectively in 8-brick and half-brick formats. The input for both is 18-75VDC to accommodate a variety of nominal values. These series have a nominal 5V or 12V DC output that trims 3.3-8VDC and 8-34VDC, respectively, and are suitable for a variety of applications.

     With advanced thermal design and high efficiency up to 95%, these components provide full load operation for most variants, with airflow in environments above 100C and derating up to 120C at nominal input and output voltages. According to MIL-HDBK-217F, cooling operation under nominal conditions contributed to MTBF of more than 1.2 million hours for all variants.

     On/off, output fine-tuning and remote sensing control inputs are available, while protection features include undervoltage lock, overload, overtemperature short circuit. Parts are available in an open frame, through hole mounting format with industry standard dimensions and pins.
