Diodes' ultra-low static 300 mA, 45 V LDO regulators extend the life of battery-powered devices
Diodes' AP7375 Low voltage drop (LDO) regulators have a wide input voltage range (3 V to 45 V). They feature a maximum input voltage of 45 V and an extremely low static current of 2.1 µA, making them an efficient choice for multi-battery powered devices. These devices have very fast line/load transient responses to rapid changes in input voltage and load current. They have a high PSRR of 85 dB at 1 kHz, making them suitable for noise-sensitive industrial applications.
The AP7375 regulator provides a maximum output current of 300 mA and offers fixed output voltages of 1.8 V, 3.0 V, 3.3 V, and 5 V with an output tolerance of ±2%. The device's protection features include overcurrent and short circuit protection, as well as overtemperature shut-off. These devices come in SOT23, SOT25 and SOT89 packages, and the U-DFN2020-6 will be available in 2023.
